Directions For Hardcore BCAA Complete Amino +EAA: Mix 2 scoops with 500-600ml of cold water in a handheld blender and shake well for 30 seconds. Hardcore trainers can take 4 scoops with 1000ml water. 

Warnings: Do not exceed 2 servings (26g) per day.
